NEIGHBORHOOD
Casa De Petrus overlooks the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the St. James islands. The villa compound sits in the walking route used by many Ritz-Carlton Hotel guests for their early morning walk. It’s 10 minutes drive to popular Red Hook restaurants and nightlife district and the St. John passenger and car ferry terminals.
There are several beaches nearby – Vessup Beach, Secret Harbor Beach and Linquist Beach.
Casa De Petrus is ideal for weddings and special events. It has a large deck that can accommodate up to 50 people seated, and the driveway can be converted into an beautiful activity space for up to 300 people. For any weddings and events, you must book all three villas for a 4 night minimum. There is a venue fee for all weddings and events.
